Hungarian paprika Lecso
ingredients:
5 sweet peppers
2 onions
1 garlic
500 g tomatoes
Salt and pepper
Bacon
preparation:
Peel the onions and cut into pieces. Garlic cut into small pieces. Pepper Clean and cut into strips. Cook tomatoes and remove the skin and cut into cubes.
Fry bacon in a pan. Sauté onions. Then add garlic, peppers and tomatoes and season accordingly with salt and pepper. Now add tomatoes and peppers and the pot with a lid to cover anything and let simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Depending on your Lecso can be eaten with bread or with cooked sausage.
